How to prepare Rose Barfi: Step 1) To make the yummy dessert, crumble paneer in a big vessel. Now, crush the khoya & put beside for the further utilization. Step 2) Now take a vessel & mix the crumbled paneer & khoya with the rose essence & powdered sugar. Divide the batter in two different portions & then add & combine edible red food colour in one of the mixtures. Step 3) Next, spread white uncoloured mix on a dish & then place the red coloured mixture on the white mixture. Refrigerate the mix for around an hour & now cut the barfi in the shape you like & decorate with the pistachios & silver vark.
