It takes enormous time to prepare most of the desserts, But Mango Kulfi can be made in just 10 minutes. We need to freeze Mango Kulfi for 8 hours. The amazing mango Kulfi is sinfully rich, delicious and has a creamy texture. It tastes great when flavored with ripe mangoes. So, here’s the recipe to make this Mango Kulfi.

For Puree - To make this Mang Kulfi, we need to prepare the puree. Pick few mangoes, wash them thoroughly and peel it. Mince them into small pieces and blend it in a grinder to make the smooth puree. For Kulfi Mix - Now take a mixing bowl, put all ingredients like mango puree, chilled milk, whipping cream, condensed milk, saffron strands, cardamom powder, and pistachios powdered in a bowl. Blend all the ingredients for 2- 3 minutes till it becomes smoother. The speed of the blender should be medium. Freezing in Moulds - Once the mixture is ready to transfer in molds, you can use popsicle moulds or kulfi moulds. In the case of Kulfi molds, close the lids tightly, so the mix doesn't get drop out of the frames. Freeze the mixture for 8 hours or keep it overnight. Post eight hours, Kulfi is set to eat, to remove them from molds, dip the molds in hot water or keep them under running water. Take the help of Knife to Prise the kulfi out. We can garnish the Kulfi with powdered pistachios You cut them into small slices or can have it as a whole. Freezing In Paper Cups Wrap with a foil paper, poke the top with a knife and insert an ice cream stick. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Slightly cut the edge of the paper cup, and remove it. Garnish with powdered pistachios and serve chilled.
