This dish is an alternative dish of the typical egg bhurji. Vegetarians prepare paneer bhurji in regards to fulfil their egg bhurji craving. But, we must tell you that paneer bhurji taste as good as any other dish. Try this simple yet delicious recipe at home.
1) Take a non-stick pan and heat the oil. 2) Then add cumin seeds into the pan. 3) Once the seeds start to crackle, add chopped onions and saute for around 1 to 2 minutes on a high flame. 4) Then add chopped tomatoes along with 2 tablespoons of water. Mix them well and saute for around 2 – 3 minutes on a slow flame. Stir continuously. 5) Then add the masalas like turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala, green chillies, chilli powder and a tablespoon of water. Mix them well and cook for further 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Stir continuously. 6) Time to add mashed paneer, coriander and salt along with one tablespoon of water. Mix them well and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. Stir occasionally. 7) Once done, move the prepared mixture into a serving dish. 8) Garnish with coriander dish and squeeze half lemon from the top. 9) Paneer bhurji is ready. Serve it with chapatti or any other Indian bread.
