It is prepared by the semolina alongside the ghee, sugar, cashews and milk. The many sweet lovers across the globe couldn’t resist the craving for this. Step 1) To start with the recipe, bring a little pan & begin heating four tbsp of ghee into it. Drop cashews to it & fry properly on the low flame until they become golden brown in colour. Once fried, switch off the flame & let it cool down. Step 2) Now, take another vessel & begin heating the rest ghee on the moderate flame. Include semolina to the vessel & roast it finely. After a few mins, as the sooji cools down, by using a blender grind it properly. Step 3) Add the raisins, nuts, cashews in the grind & prepare a soft mixture out of it. Put it into a flat plate & drop three tbsp of ghee to it with two tbsp of milk. Combine all the ingredients properly. Step 4) Now, using your hands, take out small quantity from the ready mixture & make small balls out of it. Repeat the procedure until the mixture is over. Serve the Laddus with raisins, cashews or along with the shredded coconuts.
