How to prepare Kalmi Kebab: Step 1) To make this pleasant non-veg dish, clean the chicken & pat it dry. Slice the chicken in cubes & soak in the hot water for two to three mins. Dry the chicken cuts & drop garlic ginger paste, salt, lemon juice, cinnamon powder and two clove buds. Combine together every ingredient & then include maida, chopped onions and eggs in it. Stir properly one more time. Allow the chicken to marinate for thirty to forty minutes. Step 2) Adjust the chicken slices in skewers & set these skewers on the griller. Preheat it at 350 degrees & lay the skewers onto it & grill the chicken for around eight to ten minutes. Pour a slight lemon juice atop the chicken for additional zest. Step 3) When the chicken cubes get grilled, drop them in a vessel & saute for two to three mins for an immeasurable taste. Step 4) Once the kebabs are done, beautify with minced green onions, lemon wedges and mint leaves. Enjoy hot.
